How You Can Succeed Even If You Aren't A Natural Born Entrepreneur

How You Can Succeed Even If You Aren't A Natural Born Entrepreneur

I feel this need, this inner prompting, to share with you a bigger story that I haven't really done online yet.

It's a story that sounds too good to be true, and maybe that's why I struggle with it.

I'm not fancy. I wasn't blessed with a brilliant mind or an eloquent way of speaking. I've been looked over, unheard, and sometimes, I just blend in.

I'm not sure if I have any natural-born talents, as I feel pretty average. All the same, I think the only thing it takes is a dream, a desire, and to not be afraid to get to work.

To give you some of what I have learned across all the businesses that I've run, I've found one common thread that is the key to making them successful.

And I believe, that is to know how to market.

In this episode, I’ll be giving you a template to market your product.

Do you sell products or do you provide products that help change someone's lives? I never want you to sell your product to make money. It doesn't work. I want you to market your product and sell the reason that your customer has to have whatever it is that you are offering.

Remember, marketing is the act of analyzing the market and understanding the needs in such a way that whatever product is launched, it sells itself. To know more, stay tuned.

    Key Takeaways:

    • It doesn’t take being flashy, hugely gifted to be able to do great things (2:11)
    • I was born with a feeling that I was meant to make others’ lives better (3:25)
    • The moment that defined my dream for me (5:32)
    • I was trying to figure it out on my own in that paycheck-to-paycheck life (7:06)
    • From $28,000 a year to building for multiple million dollar businesses (7:16)
    • I didn't think people would believe me that I had figured it out (7:35)
    • A few years ago, I was reminded what my ultimate dream was (8:20)
    • My goal, my purpose, is to show you how to make money (8:57)
    • I've taught many how to get their first hundred thousand dollars in sales (10:00)
    • For me, eCommerce is the fastest way to six figures online (10:07)
    • Making money online via physical, digital, or content-driven products (10:50)
    • Marketing - a skill to learn in business, in parenting, and in your own head (11:41)
    • Get your brain thinking of what type of marketing your business is in (13:24)
    • Stop selling the product. Sell the dream (13:39)

    Unstoppable Core - E:38 - The $1,000,000 Riddle!

    Unstoppable Core - E:38 - The $1,000,000 Riddle!
Here is how the riddle goes: You need to make $1,000,000 in a year. What could you do? I won't give away the rest of the exceptions to the riddle in the video, but imagine that you could bring in $1,000,000 extra a year? How could that increase other aspects of your business? Now don't get scared if you aren't at the million dollar mark! This is all in scale! My favorite example is throwing in a continuity piece because it is recurring revenue! Let me know how you would solve this riddle in the comments below!

Unstoppable Core - E:39 - What We Call The Trey's Routine!

Unstoppable Core - E:39 - What We Call The Trey's Routine!
Look! Think about how you break your day down! I want to show you how I optimize my time throughout the day. The reason being is... I want you to do the same thing with your day! Everyone always says there is not enough time in the day (hell, I feel like that sometimes!). BUT...have you ever thought maybe it is the way you spend your day?

Unstoppable Core - E:40 - Call Your Buyer!

Unstoppable Core - E:40 - Call Your Buyer!
As internet marketers... I am sure that most of you probably dread calling your customers! But think about all of the potential that is there! Unless you are YOUR attractive character. It is hard to tell what makes or breaks your customers during the deal. This being said, you want to call those customers to see what is being released in their brains!... A lot of people won't reach out to their buyers because they are scared those buyers will cancel! That is the exact opposite of what we have found, they are actually excited to hear from us and showing interest in the conversation!

UNSTOPPABLE CORE - E: 30 - Why you Always Want to be on a Speed Boat!

UNSTOPPABLE CORE - E: 30 - Why you Always Want to be on a Speed Boat!
Of course we aren't actually on a speed boat right now, but think figuratively. Would you rather be a speed boat in your business or a vessel? Just to give you a little glimpse of this weeks episode... Businesses change their direction quite often and those decisions have to be made quick and accurately. While a vessel may take 3 miles to do a full 180 degree turn, a speed boat can do it in a matter of seconds. Now go and apply that to your business!

    Unstoppable Core - E:41 - Let's Talk Non-Buyers!

    Unstoppable Core - E:41 - Let's Talk Non-Buyers!
How can YOU out WIN the competition? This is probably one of the hardest exercise there is when it comes to satisfying your customers needs! Last week we talked about how calling your customers is so important, but what about the non-buyers? Think about it! These are the people that have seen the product, but said no... How do we turn those "No's" into Yes's"? Let's dive on in!
