    When Megan came to me this May 2020, amidst the peak of the hardships that came with the pandemic, she was really struggling with binge eating, over exercising, perfectionism in her eating and body checking constantly. On top of all of this, she also had a laundry of food sensitivities that were adding to the complicated nature of all of this – or so she thought. After 4 months of working together through my one-on-one coaching program, The Intuitive Way For Eating, she no longer body checks first thing in the morning, she eats what she wants, she’s much more compassionate with her exercise regime. Oh, and those food sensitivities? We resolved them altogether – and they had nothing to do with the food.
