    had a successful junior career competing in the Junior Hunters, Equitation and Jumpers where she qualified for the top medal finals in the country. In addition to becoming Captain of the collegiate equestrian team at Cazenovia College, Savannah participated in the Student Rider's Nation Cup, winning the Silver Medal for showjumping. She now works and rides for Back Country Farm in Greenwich, CT and Wellington, FL.

After a brief hiatus, she rekindled her passion for equestrian sports by joining the University of Colorado’s Equestrian Team in 2010, contributing to the team's success, including qualifying for nationals both as a team and individually in her junior and senior years. After a successful junior career in the Big eq and hunters, Kate attended Goucher College and rode in the Open division for 3 years.     Emily is a part of the Marketing Team at Springtime Supplements, a Maryland based company producing natural supplements for horses, dogs, and people. She began riding at the age of 5 and grew up participating in a local 4-H Club. She graduated in 2010 from Centenary College (now University) in New Jersey, where she received a BS in Equine Business Management and a minor in Business Management.

    Connie DeMaio is a lifelong equestrian and professional rider and trainer. She’s a second-generation horsewoman. Connie grew up showing in the hunter/jumper rings and has been backing and training horses since she was a teenager. Connie has taught at several show barns throughout New York and New Jersey, and most recently opened her own private facility at her home in Colts Neck, NJ.

    Allison Malenfant is a retail merchant and product developer who spent many years in the athletic apparel industry, working with New York brands to develop their active and lifestyle clothing lines. Allison started riding in 2015. When she’s not in Redingote’s office, she loves to trail ride, hunter pace, fox hunt, and take lessons.

Becky has been the coach of the Equestrian Team at Tennessee Tech since 2001, after riding on the IHSA team as an undergraduate and as an alumni.
