Ren has recently lost his mother. Placed into the care of his cold and distant relatives, he decides to run away to the streets of Shibuya, only to stumble upon an alternate world filled with manimals. A contender for godship, Kumatetsu, takes Ren in as a disciple of the sword, but how can such different people learn to live with each other?
