Laying Odds on Favourites in football trading on Betfair is very popular because it can be very low risk due to low liabilities and also can lead to a very profitable return if done correctly. 

In this video I demonstrate what to look for when eyeing up a short odds lay selection. 

Using the three main principles of the 'eye test', in-play stats and pre-match stats it is possible to identify value in the Betfair exchange football match odds markets. 

I use the recent Aston Villa vs Manchester United match in this example and talk it through with you live as the action happens in-play!
