This guided inner journey is carefully designed to create a supportive space for your inner child and to connect with the nurturing energy of your higher self.

    Throughout life, there are moments when our "inner child" may be triggered by present circumstances, evoking memories from the past. This can lead us to perceive our current reality through the lens of a wounded inner child. During such times, it's valuable to acknowledge and support the inner child. The "higher self" represents the version of ourselves connected to unconditional love and compassion. In this guided inner journey, your higher self will provide comfort to the inner child within you, if necessary.

    Additionally, this journey will help you access the happy and playful aspects of yourself. This is particularly important in our adult lives, where things can sometimes feel overly serious. Allowing ourselves moments to play, be silly, and have fun enables our inner child to experience joy and savor the beauty of life! 😊
