When we do a good job at self-mothering, we won't only strengthen our inner guidance system and create a deep sense of trust in ourselves; we'll also be able to be a better mother to our own children or care-taker to our loved ones. In this episode I'll share 6 ways in which I've been mothering myself, and which you can apply and practice right away! Go to for further details, the video recording and related episodes!
