    Jeg mødte Becky Gillespie på Nomad Cruise, og vi blev rigtig gode venner. 
    Hun er oprindeligt fra Cincinnati, Ohio, men har boet i udlandet siden hun var 22, hvor hun flyttede til Tokyo. Det var planen at være der ét år, men det endte med at blive 12. 
    Hun er i gang med at skrive en bog om det nabolag i Japans hovedstad, som hun endte med at elske og blive så længe i. Den kommer til at hedde: "Shimokitazawa: Your Guide to the World's Most Walkable Neighborhood".
    I 2017 blev hun digital nomade og fuldtids-rejsende. Hun er freelance korrekturlæser og vært på podcasten The School of Travels Podcast, hvor hun interviewer sine gæster om hvad rejser har lært dem om livet, kærlighed, arbejde og alt derimellem. Jeg havde fornøjelsen af at være gæst i episode 31.
    I denne snak kommer vi omkring Japan og mange af de steder hun har besøgt siden hun blev fuldtidsrejsende.

    Jeg sprang på toget i Budapest, ankom til Slovakiets hovedstad, Bratislava, og tjekkede ind på et hostel.

    Jeg havde haft mange overvejelser forud for beslutningen om at bo på hostel. Ville det være svært at bo sammen med andre i et fælles rum? Ville jeg være for gammel i forhold til de unge backpackere? Ville jeg mangle privatliv?

    I denne episode møder jeg Perry fra Californien, Dries og Dhijs fra Belgien og Max, Rachel og Jason fra Australien. Jeg får også en snak med den lokale Roman Flebo om tiden under sovjetstyret, om hans møde med den russiske mafia og om livet i Bratislava generelt.
