Yes, and.....
when you narrow the focus and use specific languaging, messaging, you're going to get the response, "I felt like you were talking to me."
You can't figure out what that messaging is, that alluring craveable message is if you don't know them, what their interests are, where they like to shop, eat, everything!
You have to start narrowing down.
