Double Bind- when faced with only two choices, both of which may offer undesirable results, the only course of action is to do nothing. In this state of cognitive dissonance or "doublethink", it is imperative that you do nothing. Do not comply. Do not fight back yet. Wait until the moment when the energy cycles back to impel you to take action. Listen only to your conscience and have faith that no matter what happens, as long as you are following your conscience that all is working according to a higher plan.
