    Hi all! In this solo episode, I share some personal and professional updates, along with feelings that have come up for me this last month (and why I didn't post for a few weeks).

    Also, I share feelings that came up for me with saying goodbye to my clients and ending my internship + school. I touch on feelings of grief and loss that can come with any change, even "exciting change." 

    I will be taking the next week off, since I'm currently on my honeymoon. We will be back with a guest conversation on Thursday, December 14th.

    Julie Menanno MA is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Relationship Coach.

    She earned her Master’s degree in Psychology from Phillips Graduate Institute in Los Angeles, CA.
