This has resulted in people feeling miserable and unhappy despite being highly educated. Education systems must be crafted to explore other dimensions of intelligence as well. External arrangements such as homes, family, and automobiles only facilitate our activities and do not necessarily make us happier or unhappy. To achieve true happiness, one must understand that human experience is caused from within and not from outside. Joy and love cannot be fueled by cars or external objects.

Traditional yogi culture highlights the dangers of empowering people with a limited identity and emphasizes the need to expand one's identity.

      In modern times, people are encouraged to have a limited identity and see others as competition, leading to a culture of empowering individuals who cause havoc and pain. However, expanding one's identity by connecting with the cosmos can prevent such outcomes. Traditional yogi culture encourages children to take a cosmic identity by understanding that they are composed of and connected to all elements of the universe, emphasizing limits to their identity as individuals. Empowering someone with a limited identity can lead to terrible consequences, as seen in history's infamous tyrants. Therefore, expanding one's identity is vital to preventing individuals from using their power for negative purposes.

    • How Yoga Helps Expand Personal IdentityYoga can teach individuals to break down the boundaries of their personal identity and view everything around them as a part of themselves, leading to greater control over their internal state and decreased reliance on external morality.

      Limited identity and individual competence can become a curse, causing individuals to invest too much of their identity in families, communities, religions, races, and nationalities and leading to terrible acts of violence. The system of yoga, meaning union, teaches individuals to consciously obliterate the boundaries of their individual nature and experience of life to expand their experience of life to include everything around them as a part of themselves. Through this practice, individuals do not need morality or commandments as they have experienced everything as a part of themselves and in turn can control what is going on inside despite what is happening outside.

    • Taking Control of Our Environment through Mental FacultiesWe have the power to control our world by using our mental faculties such as perception, reasoning and intuition. Instead of fixating on bad news, focus on adapting to change and finding new opportunities to succeed.

      We are disoriented in our environment and have been raised to live through our physical senses, controlled by outside factors. However, we possess mental faculties such as perception, reasoning, imagination, memory, and intuition, that we can use to take control over our world and create the environment we want. Reasoning is the most important faculty, as it enables us to think and become what we think about. The media can easily manipulate and control us, which results in fear and anxiety. Instead of fixating on the bad news, we should spend our time thinking about adapting to the changes that are coming and finding new opportunities. My company is going online and broadcasting effectively, proving that adapting to change can lead to success.

    • Never Allow Age to Stop You from Tapping into Your GreatnessFear is limiting, faith empowers. Focus on building your future and embrace challenges to find new ways to connect. Shift from fear to faith and take intentional action towards your goals.

      Age should never be an excuse to resist change, growth, and learning. We should always strive to tap into the greatness within us and bring it to the surface. Fear only limits us, while faith empowers us to achieve our goals. It's important to focus on building and creating our future, rather than wasting our talent and time on fear and uncertainty. We can use challenges like the current pandemic to our advantage by adapting and finding new ways to connect and reach people. The key is to shift our mindset from fear to faith, and take intentional action towards our goals.

To overcome self-doubt, we must recognize why we are entertaining doubt and discover our true potential. By understanding ourselves and our capabilities, we can eliminate doubt and achieve our goals.

However, our intellectual factors, including perception, reason, imagination, memory, and intuition, distinguish us from the animal kingdom. Additionally, we can train our brains to create new pathways through neuroplasticity, leading to positive behavioral changes that enhance emotional regulation, boundaries, and self-worth.
