    In todays show Russ and Britton discuss the second pillar of the Buffalo Way. The guys discuss what it takes to bounce back from hard things and keep going. We are all going to get knocked down every once in a while, but what does it take to get back up? It takes resilience. The team also shares some new years resolutions and tactics to setting goals. Goals are important because we all need to know what we are fighting for. Resilience is a mindset to adapt and do hard things in the face of adversity.
