    In today's episode, we will look at the tactics you can adopt to minimise stress during your job hunt, the importance of preparation and mindset before an interview, how breathing techniques can reduce stress and anxiety during an interview and what you should do if you are ghosted.

    Katherine Lambert
    Katherine is an experienced facilitator, coach and consultant. She has worked with large, global businesses and in a variety of sectors, including retail, professional services and the public sector.

    Katherine has expertise in L&D strategy, blended learning solutions and design and delivery of development programmes and team days. She also has experience of coaching senior directors and managers in both large and medium sized organisations. She specialises in empowering individuals to build their careers and reach their goals and aspirations.


    Alyson Ainsworth
     
    With a huge experience working with large corporate organisations to retain, engage and develop their leaders, Alyson is business focused coach. Individuals who work with Alyson will be empowered to own their careers. Alyson prides herself on her ability to form long lasting relationships based on her values of trust and integrity. Values form a strong part of why she is a coach and are at the heart of her meaning and purpose.


    Sarah Burgess


    Sarah is an experienced career coach and works with clients from a wide ranging background.  She is 10Eighty’s LinkedIn expert and spends time with clients helping them to gain the right attention to their profiles.  Sarah also works with organisations on staff engagement surveys.
