    About this Episode

Supreme Court justices have not been immune to violent crime. But this past week's late-night incident at Justice Brett Kavanaugh's suburban Washington home, where authorities said a man armed with a gun and knife threatened to kill the justice, reflects a heightened level of potential danger not just for members of the nation's highest court, but all judges.

Round-the-clock security given to the justices after the leak of the draft opinion in a major abortion case may well have averted a tragedy.

STUDIO CITY, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A man accused of shooting and seriously injuring a California Highway Patrol officer during a traffic stop in Studio City has been taken into custody, authorities announced Tuesday.

Pejhmaun Iraj Khosroabadi, 33, was considered armed and dangerous before he was found hiding inside a tent on Gloria Avenue in Van Nuys

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is poised Thursday to make history, becoming the first Black woman to join the U.S. Supreme Court. Jackson is scheduled to be sworn in during a ceremony at the court at noon Eastern time, just minutes after Justice Stephen G. Breyer makes his retirement official. Biden’s nominee was confirmed by the Senate in April but has been waiting for Breyer to conclude his tenure.

Vice President Kamala Harris triggered new questions Wednesday about President Biden’s 2024 election plans — saying she wanted to walk back a remark indicating that Biden had already decided to run for a second term.

The Jan. 6 committee’s hearings have a lot in common with scripted TV mini-series: narrative, editing — even surprise reveals, as when the committee sprang a bonus episode, featuring Cassidy Hutchinson, an aide to Mark Meadows, the former White House chief of staff, on a day’s notice.

One thing the hearings do not have, however, is episode titles. But if they did, it would be hard to resist calling this jaw-dropping installment “The Beast.”

As White House watchers know, “The Beast” is a nickname for the presidential vehicle. It also evokes the mayhem that Ms. Hutchinson described inside the vehicle as the attack began. Recounting a story she said she was told by a member of President Donald J. Trump’s security detail, Ms. Hutchinson said Mr. Trump grabbed at the steering wheel after being told he couldn’t join the mob at the Capitol and lunged at the throat of his own Secret Service agent. (Secret Service officials later denied that Mr. Trump assaulted an agent or reached for the wheel, but did not deny that he wanted to go to the Capitol.)

“Regime Change” is a must for the future of Black America. The path now is genocide, with the Baby Boomer Gate Keepers leading GODS people to hell. Knowledge is Power, but is powerless when associated with Genocide Organizations, White Liberals and the American Two-Party System. Power is now given it’s taken and when utilized correctly it works for ALL PEOPLE, not just a few! “All Power to GODS People “!

#35 Speaker Nancy Pelosi “CHURCH BAN”, husband Paul Pelosi arrested DUI
Support to bar House Speaker Nancy Pelosi from receiving Holy Communion is mounting among Roman Catholic U.S. bishops who are condemning her support of abortion as a moral evil.

"The church clearly teaches that abortion is a grave evil, and that public advocacy for — and support of — abortion is, objectively speaking, such a manifest grave sin," Portland Archbishop Alexander Sample said Friday on Facebook.

"What Archbishop Cordileone did was actually an act of pastoral love and care for Speaker Pelosi and for all those entrusted to his pastoral care, who might have been led astray by her public support of the evil of abortion," Sample said. "That’s why what Archbishop Cordileone did was the right thing."

Paul Pelosi, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, has finally spoken out through a spokesperson after he was arrested in the Bay Area this Memorial Day weekend on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated — and his response has added some new wrinkles to this saga.

Spokesperson Larry Kamer, in a statement to SFGATE provided Monday morning, lambasted “several” reports about Pelosi’s arrest that “included incorrect information” about the incident. One significant piece of "incorrect information," according to Kamer, is the attribution of a prior DUI arrest to Pelosi.
