The world of dating is becoming more and more complex. We’re using dating apps like no tomorrow, and the ways in which people connect (and disconnect) are constantly expanding, so much so that we’ve formulated a whole new language for it –– ‘breadcrumbing’ was not a thing 10 years ago.

#10 Sarah O'Connor and Phil Stack (A.K.A. Thirsty Merc) - Kali Holmes Today Girl 2RRR RadioActive

    11th December 2019

Interview 1. Phil Stack and Sara O'Connor on the album Dark All Day.

Phil and Sara play two songs from their album Dark All Day and chat about their artistic journey to date.

The cover artwork for “Dark All Day” was created by Archibald Prize winning artist Wendy Sharpe. Sara, Wendy and her partner Bernard Ollis, met onboard a ship bound for the North Pole. During that journey Wendy and Bernard painted constantly, while Sara stood by in awe, but she was also creating... new music for this album.

Apart from the album artwork there is another magnificent link between Wendy and the album. On the back of the ship one afternoon, Wendy and Sara chatted about what it must be like living in the Arctic during winter when there is 24 hours of darkness. They talked about what it must do to your psyche when it’s dark all day and all night. That moment was the beginning of the title track on the album; ‘Dark All Day’. After that conversation with Wendy, Sara went back to her cabin and wrote the song.

And as usual awesome music by our very own Aussie Artists.

Geoffrey Redmond is an inventor. He noticed his mother was rapidly deteriorating physically and mentally at the age of 86. She had even forgotten how to make his traditional scrambled eggs!

He then went about inventing an exercise device to reinvigorate his mother back to good health. Now at the age of 90 she appears to be 15-20 years younger regaining functionality and her happy disposition. We are going to discuss Exercising the elderly without effort impact or pain..

The solution was to invent a machine that does the moving for people with neuromuscular disease that can no longer move themselves. By tilting the body to gravity and moving it in a slow radial motion provides an automatic balancing response that conditions the entire body in a minimum amount of time and effort without conscious thought.
