The boys extend last weeks discussion of rest and recovery by talking about the value of doing less to get more gains.  Also discussed; steriods, dams and an alleged ripped o-ring.

The boys take a few minutes today to discuss the difference between rest, recovery, why they are important and the differences between them as well as waxing philosophical about the artist Meatloaf.
