Since moving to Columbus in 2008, Jill has led merchant teams at Abercrombie & Fitch, Victoria’s Secret PINK, and DSW gaining nearly fifteen years of experience in product development, global sourcing and brand building. In July 2020, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, Jill was laid off from her corporate job - an event that served as the catalyst for where she is today. Inspired by a product she developed to manage her daughter’s curly hair, Jill made her second life pivot, launching Coco Beans in October 2020!
