217: Do You Sneeze Pee? Interview w/Nicole Hart

On this week's episode, we have special guest Nicole Hart. Nicole is a mom of 3 - twins and a singleton. She is also a licensed nurse. After the birth of her youngest, one thing was very obvious to her as she started to dive deeper into postpartum healing/recovery….

There is a BIG gap in the space between having a baby and heading back to the gym. Regardless of your 6/8 week postpartum checkup, your body is not ready to hop back into all the things you were doing in the gym pre-baby!

As someone who has worked in the medical field, she hopes that someday, women are given MORE during their pregnancy and postpartum journey: more support, education, and awareness.

Foundational steps are missing in postpartum recovery, and THAT is what she aims to teach.
