#51 - Doe Patrol & Where are the Big Bucks!?

Time to change gears and think about Turkeys! Michigan has a very healthy population

Off season means "what can I fill my down time with?"...Coyotes! Breeding season is starting for coyotes and it's time to grab the call or caucus and hit the woods yet again!!

its to early to jump to conclusions, but results aren't happening and we have our thoughts and reasons why. No, we can't fix the world...but over populated deer herds are a different story. 

Well the deer season if finally over. only a few regrets about what we or didn't do but we survived. Next up is Coyote Hunting. Last Year was a Little Bumpy with only one single coyote claimed. But this year will yield better results. new calls, new guns and new tactics. 2024...here we come!

Season is winding down and there are things wish we did and didn't do. It's all learning experience and we can't stray from that mentality. Think about it, every year you spend in a new area, the more you learn. the more you learn, the more you kill! 

As the season winds down, there is still hope for bagging a nice buck. Bucks are resorting to food sources to replenish the calories spent chasing tail...Counter that play is the weather. It doesn't get as cold as it use to in previous years...does that affect their movement? 

Well the big bucks have seemed to vanished (for now). Which means it's a great time to start knocking down Does! Food is starting to become key this time of year. In this episode, we discuss all the above around our recent success while on Doe patrol, and where the Big Bruisers are hiding!

This is by far the craziest Weekend of Michigan hunting we have ever had. November 10-11th will go down in history. Big Bucks, Hot Does, CRAZY rut action!! It is what we live for. And those 2 days gave us a ride of a life time. This is one episode you don't want to miss.
