    About this Episode

Executive, Leadership, Career Coach Ben Ritter joins Brad for the podcast.  He's a very cool, very smart guy and the conversation was wonderful.

One of the many things he said was that they way he helps his coaching clients TOTALLY depends on the client.

What we all need…. Depends.  It changes from person to person.  Ben, as a coach, finds out what his individual clients believe and need, and then he helps them get to that place based on what is important to them.

This part of the podcast alone is worth the listen.  Ben is rock star in his field.

Thanks Ben.  It was a treat.

Mimi Brown is awesome.  Brad saw her speak recently at a big conference and KNEW he wanted her as a guest on the show.

Mimi is talented, dynamic, crazy good in front of audiences, and smart as a whip.

Brad asked her if she'd be willing to talk about race and racism in general and in her business as a motivational speaker.  She said yes!

Thanks Mimi for being so gracious in this conversation.

Brad is clear that he has no idea what it's like to be Black. But he's equally sure that open and frank difficult conversations are important to move us all forward.  Thanks Mimi!
