    Have you seen the 2008 animated Clone Wars film? Well prior to this review, Amanda and Brody had never seen it, nor did they have any plans to. Brian, however, a Clone Wars stan, had seen it when it released and implored that as such he's the only true fan of the bunch. 

    A film centered around the kidnapping of Jabba the Hutt's son, Anakin Skywalker, Obi Wan Kenobi and Ahsoka Tano must recover Jabba's son in order to foster a positive relationship between the Hutts and the Galactic Republic. 

    But was this movie any good? Listen in to our review to grab our thoughts on whether this movie was a hit or a giant heap of bantha fodder.

    In this week's episode of Duel of the Ranks, Amanda, Brody, and Brian break down the exciting finale of the first season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars with episode 22 Hostage Crisis. This episode introduces us to fan-favorite antagonist Cad Bane as he and his crew of bandits break out Jabba the Hutt's uncle, Ziro from Republic prison. This all leads the trio down a strange rabbit hole where they discuss their favorite blue Star Wars characters, who they would F/M/K in the universe and a bunch of other ridiculous queries that are full of hot takes!

    107. The Clone Wars: S1E19, 20 & 21 | The Ryloth Arc

    The planet Ryloth, home to the Twi'lek people, falls under the oppressive occupation of the Separatist droid army. In "Storm on Ryloth," Ahsoka disobeys orders during an attack on the blockade, leading to a loss of her squadron. Anakin guides her to persevere and entrusts her with another daring mission.

    In "Innocents on Ryloth," Obi-Wan must infiltrate a droid-occupied town to sabotage anti-aircraft guns, only to discover the inhabitants used as living shields. Clones forge an unlikely bond with a refugee Twi'lek girl, Numa, shedding light on the true human cost of the war.

    The saga concludes in "Liberty on Ryloth" as the Republic strives to liberate Ryloth from the droid army led by Wat Tambor. Mace Windu persuades Twi'lek freedom fighter Cham Syndulla to join forces in a climactic battle to save the capital city and ultimately free the entire planet.
