The Attitude Of Aggression returns for another installment of The Big Four Project, a chronological analysis, review, and discussion about WWE’s Big Four PPVs/ Premium Live Events. This Episode marks a departure from format for the Big Four Project as the guys have decided to move away from covering two events per Chapter and are now just going to cover one event per Episode. But they sure picked a hell of an event to start this new trend with. The 1992 Royal Rumble is regarded by many as the best Royal Rumble of all-time. More than 20 Hall of Famers got together at the Knickerbocker Arena in Albany, New York, to crown a new WWE Champion. In one of the most iconic Rumble matches ever, The Nature Boy, Ric Flair, overcame astounding odds to capture the gold. Here on this Episode, the guys do a watch along of this historic and unforgettable match and invite you to join in on the fun. Plus, the guys cover the undercard, including Rowdy Roddy Piper capturing the only singles gold of his career in WWE. The Attitude Of Aggression returns for Chapter 10 of The Big Four Project, a chronological analysis, review, and discussion about WWE’s Big Four PPVs/ Premium Live Events. In this chapter, the three amigos, Dave, PC Tunney, and DJ, reconvene to discuss two more huge events in pro wrestling history: Summer Slam '91 and Survivor Series '91. Summer Slam '91 is generally regarded as one of the better Summer Slams in history, and one of the most face friendly PPVs ever. With three title changes, The Mountie going to an NYC jail for the night, and the marriage of Macho Man and Elizabeth, it is easy to see why it is such a beloved event in WWE history. Here on Part 2 of the Swaggys, Dave is again joined by Swaggy veterans, PC Tunney, DPP, AJ Balaz, and Kinny Killa for this celebration of the past year in pro wrestling. Part 2 had the big categories, namely our choices for the best wrestlers and matches of the year. But there are other great categories such as Moment of the Year and Upset of the Year. In this chapter, Dave is again joined by the one and only PC Tunney, along with the returning DJ of the Mindless Wrestling Podcast, to discuss two more huge events in pro wrestling history, Summer Slam '90 and Survivor Series '90. After WrestleMania VI, The Ultimate Warrior had conquered Hulk Hogan to become the WWE Champion and the future seemed ultimate, to say the least. As history would show, however, that is not how things worked out. Here in Chapter 8, the guys delve very deeply, indeed, to examine the reign of The Ultimate Warrior and what went wrong. Why couldn't the Warrior click with the fans, and Vince McMahon, like the man he vanquished to win the title? It is a fascinating question, and the conclusions might surprise you. In January of 1990, Vince McMahon pulled the trigger and set in motion events that had never been seen or done before as the two most popular baby-faces in the WWF at that time, Hulk Hogan and The Ultimate Warrior, were pitted against each other with everything on the line. The Attitude Of Aggression returns for Chapter 6 of The Big Four Project, a chronological analysis, review, and discussion about WWE’s Big Four PPVs/ Premium Live Events. On this Episode, Dave is again joined by the one and only PC Tunney, along with the returning DJ of the Mindless Wrestling Podcast, to discuss two more huge events in pro wrestling history, the 1989 installments of Summer Slam and Survivor Series. Both events feature the rise, and equally quick exit, of "The Human Wrecking Machine", Zeus. Zeus would step off the set of No Holds Barred to present a "real-life" challenge for the WWF Champion, Hulk Hogan. But as this is going on, The Ultimate Warrior was catching up to The Hulkster in both popularity and in the eyes of one Vince McMahon. By the time this chapter of The Big Four Project is done, Warrior has recaptured the IC title from "Ravishing" Rick Rude and was featured in the Main Event of Survivor Series '89....pushing Hogan to the mid-card of the event! The Attitude Of Aggression returns for Chapter 5 of The Big Four Project, a chronological analysis, review, and discussion about WWE’s Big Four PPVs/ Premium Live Events. On this Episode, Dave is again joined by the one and only PC Tunney to discuss two more huge events in pro wrestling history, Royal Rumble '89 and one of the biggest WrestleManias of all-time, WrestleMania V. However, the guys are also joined by the debuting Rob Bonette of The Mindless Wrestling Podcast to join in the discussion of Royal Rumble '89. The second Royal Rumble event was the first true PPV edition of the Rumble and saw a huge moment transpire in the disintegration of the relationship of the MegaPowers. It also included a big moment to spark the rivalry between "Ravishing" Rick Rude and The Ultimate Warrior, plus it concluded with, quite possibly, the most inconsequential Royal Rumble win in history. Dave, PC, and Rob also touch on that fateful night in Milwaukee in February of 1989, when the MegaPowers officially came to an end in a back room of the Bradley Center with the Macho Man's betrayal and assault of Hulk Hogan. From there, PC and Dave are rejoined by DJ from The Mindless Wrestling Podcast to breakdown WrestleMania V. The MegaPowers exploded at this huge event, which remains one of the most watched Manias ever. By and large, it was a bloated card with matches that were either too short or longer than they needed to be. But there were some still some excellent matches and moments to be sure, culminating with Hulk Hogan recapturing the WWE Championship from "Mach Man" Randy Savage in one of the biggest WrestleMania Main Events in history. The Attitude Of Aggression returns for Chapter 4 of The Big Four Project, a chronological analysis, review, and discussion about WWE’s Big Four PPVs/ Premium Live Events. On this Episode, Dave is again joined by the one and only PC Tunney to discuss two more huge events in pro wrestling history, the inaugural Summer Slam and Survivor Series'88. However, the guys are also joined by the debuting DJ of The Mindless Wrestling Podcast to join in the festivities. Summer Slam '88 was a key event in the story of the rise, and eventual fall, of The Mega Powers. But it also saw a different kind of explosion as The Ultimate Warrior burst upon the scene like few had before him with an iconic dethroning of The Honky Tonk Man. The fellas look at how the events of that night in MSG nearly 35 years ago redefined an industry. From there, Dave & DJ recap the second Survivor Series. While not as unique or good as the first Survivor Series, there were still many key moments that took place that night. The Mega Powers would be the sole survivors of their match that night,,,,but they would not survive as a united force for much longer. What changed that night in Richfield, Ohio so long ago?
