    About this Episode

Molly Fletcher describes herself as a speaker, an author, and a former sports agent.

What her bio tells you is that as a speaker she delivers over 60 keynotes a year and was rated the #1 speaker at Leadercast. She is an author of 5 books on business negotiation and such. As a former sports agent, she is a trailblazer, spending two decades hailed on CNN as the “female Jerry Maguire”, one of the world's only female sports agents. She recruited and represented hundreds of sports’ biggest names, including Hall of Fame pitcher John Smoltz, PGA TOUR golfer Matt Kuchar, broadcaster Erin Andrews, and basketball championship coaches Tom Izzo and Doc Rivers. She successfully negotiated over $500 million in contracts and built lasting relationships, while observing and adopting the traits of those at the top of their game.

It is an honor and a privilege to have a conversation with Molly Fletcher on my new show Women Who Push For More.
