    About this Episode

Today, we have Adam and Ken from Wild Rose Action Shooters in Edmonton, Alberta.  WRAS has been putting on competitions since 2002 ranging from IPSC, 3-gun, Steel Challenge and most recently, PRS type matches.  We go over Adam and Kens experience in competition shooting, the history of WRAS and the effect of county developments encroaching on Ranges.  As well, we give a broad overview of what PRS is, how to get into the sport and how a person can train for the potential challenges.

    Chris Vansickle (CHAS) - 3-Gun isn't dead!

In this episode, I talk with Chris Vansickle.  Chris is the 3-gun director at CHAS in Genesee, AB - just outside of Edmonton.  We cover a variety of topics including what's happening in 3-gun, how to get started, the benefits of travel, and of course, the community that surrounds the sport.  It is a great conversation that goes off on many tangents but brings it all together to show what an awesome world the shooting sports is.
