    In this episode, my guest is  Alexander Sulit from the Philippines.  Ali is one of the OG of jiu jitsu in the Philippines, and  the head coach of the Philippine National Jiu Jitsu Team.  He has a black belt in both jiu jitsu and judo.

    Ali shares with us the grappling history and culture  in the Philippine and how it is still evolving as the sport becomes more popular.  We discussed his philosophy on teaching students and how to deal with different issues in running a gym.
