    About this Episode

Jesus gives full disclosure when He calls all people to follow Him. He tells us that we will be blessed but He also tells us to “count the cost” and uses language like “dying to self”, and “carrying our cross” to describe the process of being His disciple. What exactly does all of this mean? And why would we want to answer a challenging call like this in the first place? On Sunday, we will explore what Jesus is calling us to and determine whether it’s a burden to be avoided, or a blessing to be pursued with all our heart and soul.

    Marriage on Purpose
Have you given thought to the purpose of marriage? People get married for many purposes, but thankfully, God created marriage with the best of purposes in mind. In marriage we get to “image” Him in a special way, and we get to help our spouse grow. But, as we might expect, this does not happen automatically. Join us on Sunday as we look into God’s purpose for marriage, and how we can experience the blessings of a marriage that’s focused on His purpose.

    Growing Together

    Growing Together
God wants all of us to grow spiritually, and in His wisdom, He calls us to pursue this growth in a community of Jesus-followers called the Church. The bible describes this community as a body, and like the human body, the Church will experience more growth by focusing on one another than it will if each member focuses on itself. Join us on Sunday as we look at how we can experience the beauty of growing together in the body of Christ.
