Starting in 2024, Par 3 golf courses now count toward your handicap. How that happens is Director Handicapping and Course Rating with the Oregon Golf Association - Gretchen Yoder - spends the winter traversing the state to make sure courses that want to be rated, are rated. We also discuss the other changes to the World Handicapping System and how she deals with the abnormal when trying to create a level playing field.
