We try day after day to rise above, and no matter what we do nothing goes right. Really? Why cant I get a break? We can often experience, fatigue, emptiness, sadness, a sense of depression and disorientation. This is what Michael calls the Dark Night of the Soul. We talk about what it is, how to recognize this in our lives He shares the five stages that occur during this process. Why this process is even necessary for us to go through, what to do when you're experiencing it. How long does this last? Is there anything we can do to help ease this?

He said When you start doing multiple deployments your personality changes, and you get separated from the general public.
