UA 400 is comprised of about 2,300 members across 18 counties in NE Wisconsin, with about 30 of those members being women—a number they are continually hoping to increase.

As a branch of the United Association of Plumbers & Pipefitters, which boasts 355,000 members in the US and Canada, UA 400 is dedicated to offering training and providing skilled labor to their 105 signatory contractors in the plumbing, pipe fitting, HVACR service, and pipe fabrication industries.
