My sister I have to wonder if you are feeling like you are just about broke on a spiritual level. Are you feeling like you have nothing left to give, nothing left to move forward with and nothing leftover at the end of every day. My sister, are you going through some crap right now? Are you driving the struggle bus through field after field of manure without any end in sight? How many times have you hoped for, wished for, waited for and then was disappointed when your dream, goal, or desire never came to pass. Are you at a point right now where you are considering giving up on that dream that lives deep within your heart? Are you feeling discouraged that what you thought would be by now looks like a distant hoop dream. Has Jesus let you down? Has he even heard your prayers? Does he know what you truly desire? There are so many days that we struggle right…life is hard, days are challenging, there are so many new things that we deal with on the daily that seem to come out of no where and give us a run for our money. The Israelites also struggled during their time wandering in the desert and today we are going to study a lesson we can learn from the collecting of Manna that you may never have considered before.

Ever have those days that just feel hard. Those seasons that feel like you are being drained one breath at a time. Like you wonder if you can literally even take another step forward. Maybe it feels like lately all you have been taking are steps backwards, steps that feel exhausting and steps that feel overwhelming. My sister today I want to bring you some relief and some hope. Do you ever get the feeling that God is calling you to something, but you dismiss that feeling because you’re just a regular girl and what could he possibly need you for right? Do you deep down know that he has more for you but you wonder how you could ever prepare for what’s ahead. Do you ignore that stirring in your soul because how could he ever expect you to be the right girl for this dream. Honey, today is the day you come to understand that he IS calling you, he is asking you, he is nudging you, but ultimately he is also counting on you to respond to his promptings.

We all know people who are caught up in worshiping the stuff right, and heck it might just be you, I know I’ve been guilty of it many times.
