Soul Talk with Psychic Medium Jenessa Elizabeth

Soul Talk with Psychic Medium Jenessa Elizabeth

How does a medium talk to a soul? (2:40)

My uncle recently asked me what my beliefs were on a soul. If I believed in reincarnation, how does a medium then talk to that same soul?

The same question was asked to me a few months ago and on a podcast earlier.

He went to TJ maxx and felt a tap on his shoulder. It was like a real spirit that was like, because he asked for it.

He was looking for signs from his great grandmother, and he got a card from her.

How we are all energy. (7:38)

We are all energy, and when we leave earth, our soul, spirit and energy goes back to collective consciousness to integrate all the lessons learned into collective consciousness.

Sylvia Browne refers to herself as an angel and god, not in scripture, because it's the easiest way to articulate to the masses.

The difference between a murderer and a murdered person. (10:20)

There is no difference between a murderer and a murdered person. In order to become a murderer, one has to go through a lot of things in life to become that person.

A taurus, libra, capricorn or scorpio are all parts of the elements, not just the elements.

Thoughts on multiple lives being lived at once and multiple timelines. One more here is for us old souls or older souls or mid-range souls.

Tapping into knowledge of past experiences when making a decision right right to go left instead of right in this lifetime, but what happens if

Tapping into your intuition and intuition. (15:26)

New souls are spastic and creative and have a great way of saying the same problem that all of us old souls have been trying to solve for centuries.

Young souls are coming through with all this new wisdom they have no idea they even have.

Tapping into the spirit to watch over family, friends and spirit guides, and tapping into the old one.

The other 20% is just like autopilot. It's taking 45 years to succumb to using intuition only to make decisions and it's serving him very well.

Do you believe in multiple timelines? (20:12)

The importance of intimacy, affection and being present in the moment.

The multiple timelines and the soul contract that makes us know everything that is going to happen in this life.

The blueprint of the blueprint. (22:18)

His grandmother had one of those blueprints. She had out her blueprint, and she pointed to the first quarter of it, and he couldn't quite see the end of it.

He thought that being a kid that was his death line, that he was dying at 21 and 28 and 32.

The importance of finding joy in the smallest things and being present in the moment.

Finding joy is a new concept for every human being on the planet, and it is something that is taken for granted and is planned for.

The joy of following intuition. (27:00)

A few weeks ago, she laid in her tree with her shoes off and felt so joyful. She was in heels and full makeup, and felt the moment to do it.

She got into a hammock for the first time in her entire life a couple months ago.

    Letting go of expectations. (29:36)

You might find a lot more joy in that exactly. The planning and planning of joy is so true.

Letting go of all expectations and all ideas of what you think you know and really finding pleasure in the conversation and the growth of both of you.

The first step is to let go of being very structured in his office and let people say what they need to say.

The second step is not about getting through it fast, but about giving people as much information as possible for their dollar, so they feel like they got their money's worth.

Then beyond that, he started letting go of not trying to talk to someone else, but to let them talk to him.

The importance of knowing who you are. (35:24)

Cheryl wants to get both the personal and the personal in the same thing. She wants to be as organic as possible.

She wants to go off the things that she already knew about cheryl, and wants to do stuff that she has no idea about.

When a client asked for permission to come into the reading, she was able to escort him out of the room.

Overcoming Anxiety and Depression with The Naked Philosophy with Vanessa Louise

Overcoming Anxiety and Depression with The Naked Philosophy with Vanessa Louise

Why I did this for myself. (2:16)

    • When she was a little girl, she wanted to help people feel better about themselves. She got into cosmetics from school because she didn't like herself.
    • When her life fell apart in the 1990s and the early 2000s, she prayed for a miracle.
    • How the naked philosophy began. (5:16)
    • In 2012, she learned to meditate and practiced asking herself questions to help her deal with her lowest moments. She was encouraged to leave her cosmetic world and step forward as a mentor and coach.
    • The naked philosophy was born because she had the same dream over and over again.
    • Naked philosophy in a nutshell, stripping back the bullshit stories that we believe to be true about ourselves so that we can heal the hurts.
    • The two highest vibration frequencies.

The power of love and alignment. (10:29)

    • The truth is the power of love. Love is the energy that turns the world, grows the grass and beats the heart.
    • Naked work is about learning to surf on the crest of the wave and fully appreciate that it will crash on the beach.

Vulnerability is the biggest obstacle. (13:18)

    • Vulnerability is the biggest obstacle to being metaphorically, emotionally naked. It's the fear of what people will say or what judgment will come at us.
    • Vulnerability means learning how to express yourself through language, which can be tricky, because feelings don't have language.
    • The importance of loving yourself enough to help yourself get up and get up again, and surrounding yourself with the right people to support you.
    • The freedom to do the work on yourself, and how it is ever evolving and will always be happening.

    The importance of sharing. (19:09)

    • You can't wash on a Monday and still smell fresh on Sunday, and especially if you've done sports or something like that.
    • Nature is the best demonstrator, and the best example of this goes through its seasons, then it will go back round again.

Learning how to communicate with your self. (22:00)

    • Learning how to communicate with oneself is the key. Most people will come to us already open to doing some of the work, or are ready to explore what that work might look like for them.
    • The first place to look at is why someone is triggered by something.

How to get out of your own head? (24:33)

    • Vanessa shares what she would say to someone who is not open to working on themselves, but feels stuck, angry, sad or frustrated, but doesn't know how to get out of it.
    • Be kind to yourself, but also be open to living in your imagination.
    • Most of us imagine what it would be like to live lovingly harmoniously, and confidently, but if they cannot live that out in their imagination, they will never experience it in their material.
    • Get outside and get outside, even if it's just outside for a couple of minutes.

Being present in the present moment. (29:36)

    • Bring yourself back to the present moment and focus on five things to be grateful for right this second.
    • Try to list five things that you're grateful for in that very second, and just bring it appreciating very very much.

Vanessa is an emotional health specialist or ‘the
naked coach’ and her “naked philosophy'' is all
about helping people heal the hurt within in order
to live a happier, more fulfilled, loving lives
because she believes that ‘Feeling is the secret to
    healing’

Creating Your Own Spiritual Philosophy with Carol Mae Whittick

Creating Your Own Spiritual Philosophy with Carol Mae Whittick

    Summary

Jenessa introduces her guest for this episode, carol Mae wittek, a creativity and spiritual life coach and podcaster.

Carol shares her background and how she got started in this field.

How did you get started in creativity? 2:13

How she got started in her own journey into creativity, and how it has never left her.

The importance of paying attention to intuition and the stream of creativity.

People come from all walks of backgrounds and have made significant achievements in their life, but still feel disconnected or disconnected from something.

Tapping into intuition is super important.

A lot of people or two people come to you already believing that they have a connection to spirit or their higher self or the universe.

How to recognize how your higher self, intuition, source, god or creator is talking to you, so that you can recognize that.

    Know that it's yours. 8:20

One of the first things she remembers is learning to ride a bike and having a dream of herself doing it the next day.

When she was younger, she was cocky about winning things and had a sense of confidence that she was going to win.

Energy comes from your heart and soul. 10:42

The energy that comes from the energy that you are sending out to the universe comes from your heart and soul, not from your mind.

Breaking out of the box of learned behavior and expectations that opens the door for creativity and for the spirit universe to open the door.

Carol feels like she is becoming unemployable because of her lack of self-awareness and belief in herself.

Carol finds that when people get more rooted into who they are, it's cool for everyone else in the room to disagree with them, and it's not a problem.

How to respond to disagreement. 16:06

The world will come at you, but you will be able to go here, here, and here again, but not have it as an argument.

The way the world is organized.

The importance of leaning into who you are and what you can bring to the world, and how it changes your perspective and people's perspective around you.

A lot of the people that come to you for help come from a place of doubt and doubt.

How to monetize your dreams? 21:01

Dreams are an aspect of you showing that what is possible for you, and you don't know all the steps, but that feeling into the vision of who you can be is actually giving you guidance.

Take the opportunity to step into your dreams and do what it is being brought to you.

Don’t worry about how much money you’ll make. 24:01

Don't worry about how much money you'll make today, there's always a way of it happening. People are making money with the most amazing way, and now due to technology, it's possible.

There's no wrong way of being spiritual, having a spiritual practice is the fun of it.

Take one step at a time, read one thing today, or just sit with yourself for five minutes, and let your mind open to whatever it wants to think about.

Get into the habit of journaling and journaling, a brain dump of the day.

Getting the junk out of your body. 29:29

Take a pen and do whatever you need to do for five minutes to get the junk out of your mind, body and onto a piece of paper.

    Letting go.

Breakthrough - From Corporate To Her Souls Purpose - How To Mix The Woo With The Do with Cara Tyrell

Breakthrough - From Corporate To Her Souls Purpose - How To Mix The Woo With The Do with Cara Tyrell

"As a first time founder of a company I'm struggling with the 'corporate' feel of designing target personas and value propositions inside a canvas which then informs a pitch deck. It's all brain work (which I love and I'm good at) but it takes the 'feels' away, the emotion, my deep why for doing this work in the first place. In short (the long way around) running a company feels like an all or nothing proposition: I can DO or I can FEEL but I can't do them simultaneously."- Cara

Cara Tyrrell has a Bachelor degrees in ASL and Linguistics as well as a Masters degree in Education. In her preschool and kindergarten classrooms she identified a pattern of underdeveloped skill sets in her students leading to a professional pivot. Cara is passionate about raising whole children by providing high quality instruction for parents and caregivers. This led Cara to found Core4 Parenting, an parenting education hub offering digital and in-person developmental courses that empower parents and caregivers to maximize the foundational brain development between birth and 5 years old. Using scientifically backed systems and strategies, Core4’s courses educate parents to foster the development of early self-skills in four areas: social/emotional, cognitive, interpersonal, and physical, by designing an exceptional home environment for their infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
