    If you haven't read the book, Mind Gym: An Athlete's Guide to Inner Excellence, 10/10 recommend. This book was extremely helpful for me as I am someone who tends to overthink things and lack confidence at times. After finishing the last chapters of the book, I read something that stood out to me that I feel can really resonate with anyone, regardless if you are playing a sport.

    In one of the last chapters, it talks about the Five L’s of a successful life. Whether you are playing soccer or working a 9-5 job, I firmly believe by following this list, your life and overall aspirations will come together the way you want them to.
