    enSeptember 26, 2020

    About this Episode

We are reviewing David Goggins book "Can't Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy The Odds". This chapter goes through what David Goggins defines as the "Impossible Task". The themes of this chapter include disappointment, FEAR, passive living, crossroads, hope and living with passion. David takes us on a wild ride as he shares his experience of once again "defying the odds" and losing over a 100lbs in 3 months and studying day in and day out to have an opportunity to become a Navy Seal. He knows that only "one-third of the men who begin BUD/S make it through Hell Week" but he states, "It was about who I was and who I wanted to be. I was a prisoner in my mind and this opportunity was my only chance to break free". Join me in this review as we reflect Chapter 3 and dive into his Challenge #3 to get comfortable with discomfort.
