In this episode, I sit down with Kristin Kolterman and we take a deep dive into her past to find out how she transitioned from her 9-5 job to becoming a spiritual solutionist. What does that mean? She gives great insight in why taking big risks in your life help catapult you into the future you always wanted.
In this episode, I had the honor of being on the "Get Jasched" Podcast hosted by my friend Jess Jasch in Australia. She asks me about how my relationship with body positivity impacted my initial decision to get breast implants in my 20s and what eventually led me to remove them over a year ago. She is a great host and sparks insightful conversation. Plus, it gives me a chance to get in the hot seat!
In this episode, I sit down with Steph Brontman to talk about being "actually autistic". We discussed how she came to self-diagnosis herself in her 20's and how she advocates for herself on a daily basis. She teaches me about the appropriate language to use when referring to Austistic people and how she navigates her life as an entrepreneur.
In this episode, I sit down with my old friend Veundja Katuuo and we talk about the current climate in America in regards to intersectionality. We speak about our experiences growing up in the suburbs of NYC as women of different ethnicities and how that shaped our lives and outlook. We discuss possible solutions to bring about awareness, change and growth to evolve into a more inclusive country.
Please bear with me as I tried to tune the sound to the episode as best I could.. I am in the process of trying to get it professionally remastered so that the sounds have equalized. I am doing the best I can with the audio in zoom interviews.

In this episode, I open up about when I realized that I had become addicted to prescription pills. I decided that I wanted to clean out my system and detox all while going on a camping trip around Alaska. I talk about my struggles, how I was able to kick my habit, and share some (hilarious) stories from my travels there. This successful trip ended up becoming the foundation for the person I am today and I am excited for you all to hear the story.
