Have you noticed that no matter how much you try to put things in place, there is always something that comes to unsettle your life one way or the other? The thing is, no one is actually prepared for sudden grief - it does not come with a timetable or manual. it is unexpected. When there is sudden news, it’s like everything around us comes to a halt.
How do we handle the sudden changes that come in our lives? Do we try not to get upset, or get anxious? Try to make the necessary adjustments to deal with these sudden situations… Life is short my friend.
A typical example- is the passing of Queen Elizabeth 11, last Thursday 8 September. This has been a source of grief across the nation, the Commonwealth, and the world.
How we grieve when we lost a loved one, it’s up to us - when a family goes through bereavement, they need all positiveness and support, it helps to ease the pain. The Royal Family feel their grief just like anyone of us - they will need our prayers.
Let us be empowered to live a good life while we are alive. Let us endeavor to be a light of goodness, showing a little kindness!
What a difference you and I can make, just to ease any heartaches, or grief over different situations. If each of us does our part this world will be a better place...
Remember - You are fearfully and wonderfully made!
Be bless
