Chamber Time Brings Confidence

Marines and Sailors with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit kick back with karaoke night while deployed aboard the USS Bonhomme Richard in the Asia-Pacific region. Sgt. Paul Robbins, Jr. reports.

The deployed 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit recently loaned the flight deck of the USS Bonhomme Richard to several Harriers from Marine Attack Squadron 542. Cpl. Jonathan Wright brings us the story.

The Washington Nationals hosted Marines stationed in the National Capitol Region during Marine Corps Day at Nationals Park where Sergeant Major of the Marines Corps Michael Barrett threw the first pitch. Produced by Sgt. Todd Hunter

Integrating with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit's Battalion Landing Team, soldiers with Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force conducted an amphibious raid exercise alongside their Company F., BLT 2/1 counterparts in Guam. The training evolution was part of the JGSDF's integration period with the MEU during the Marines' Fall Patrol deployment throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Following these integration events, distinguished members of both nations' militaries participated in a wreath-laying ceremony at the South Pacific Memorial Peace Park.
