New video Christmas Again on Apple Music
Christmas Again is a new song in a nice old-fashioned style. Violins, sweet-voiced background vocals, a friendly guitar and a fireplace. I hope it will give you joy and you'll share it with the ones you love.
I wrote the song and composed the music in the middle of summer during a heat wave (33˚ C). The recording of the video had to be done in 10-minute increments because otherwise the woolen Santa hat would float off my head due to the heat in the studio.
Details worth noting in the clip.
- The reflected fire on the guitar's lacquer: an editing detail that gives you the impression that I'm actually sitting in front of the fire.
- The guitar head often has a guitar brand, but now it says "X-mas".
- The clock above the fireplace turns very fast and at the end of the clip it even comes off the wall. Time flies...
So I hope you agree there are plenty of highlights in this video that make it a nice clip.
