With over a decade of experience in leadership development, public speaking training, and coaching, Maya Dolgin trains individuals and teams to effectively communicate and achieve their goals. James Kawski has excelled in many corporate tech roles throughout his career, from manufacturing to marketing finance to senior management. Additionally, he has pursued personal growth and development outside of tech through his ongoing study of psychology and human potential. Through his work in the performing and fine arts, he brings a unique and balanced perspective to his work.
Earning a degree in 1983 in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, he played a seminal role in forming the first undergraduate program in the U.S.A. in Microelectronic Engineering. It was here that he discovered his love of teaching.
Recently, Mr. Kawski became Certified as a High-Performance Coach. He is fortunate to have access to the world's most effective program of personal growth. He helps individuals and teams exceed their standard norms consistently and over the long term while not losing sight of health, wellbeing, and strong interpersonal relationships.
Mr. Kawski is an accomplished actor and musician. He has starred in period and original plays, and his acoustic music band "The Blue Honey Drops", can be heard at various venues around Boston, Massachusetts.
