Today I'm having coffee with Erica Rankin. Erica is the CEO and founder of Bro Dough, a 100% vegan, plant-based cookie dough. She is a 26 year old fitness advocate from a small town in Ontario, Canada. Wanting to live a healthier lifestyle, she became passionate about recreating her favorite treats and putting a healthy spin on them. She started to develop an interest in weight lifting and nutrition, and was really drawn to the fitness community.  As time went on, she became greatly interested in better-for-you foods, and trying to lead a more plant-based lifestyle.

 She noticed there was a gap in the market for an improved version of a nostalgic treat - cookie dough. This led to the development of Bro Dough and she bridged that gap, by creating a 100% vegan, plant-based, protein infused edible cookie dough that is lower in sugar. She wanted to take this treat and transform it into something individuals could enjoy without sacrificing their health or fitness goals.

Today I'm having coffee with Samson Shulman. Samson, currently studying clinical psychology and host of Connection is Magic Podcast, has overcame a lot of adversaries in his life but that hasn't stopped him from achieving his dreams.

He was accepted to law school in 2004 and chose instead to take a leap of Fatih, at age 23, moving to LA to pursue a career in the music business. Since then, he's worked for Interscope Records, Atlantic Records, The Tonight Show, and secured multiple major record deals for up and coming artists under the talent management company he founded, 5AM Collective. He currently is pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University.

From working in the music industry to now having authentic connections and working with artists and creatives finding out what is their challenges to create a deeper level of self-awareness connection and allowing their adversity to work for them.

We're talking all things connection, human nature, psychology, and not letting these pain points define you but actually use them as a point of growth.

Today I'm having coffee with Nigel Marrison and Angélica Pinzón. Nigel has been on the ocean in one way or another since childhood, Nigel is in his element when surrounded by water. Nigel circumnavigated the globe at 22 years old on 45ft Sailing yacht, has since spent two decades in the Superyacht industry predominantly as a captain, covering all of the worlds major oceanic territories, alongside unique experiences in Arctic navigation. 

As a Master, his last command was that of a 55 metre super yacht, cruising the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Indian Ocean, Arctic and other far flung destinations around the world. Broadening his horizons in recent years, he remains a mentor to captains and crew, in addition to taking on a role as leader in the wider areas of Sustainability and oceanic preservation and regeneration. 

Angélica has a passion for creativity, innovation, and strategy. With a background in visual communication, branding, and creative thinking, she has been involved in entrepreneurship for over 10 years now and evolving with the market finding her strength in strategy collaborating in projects like Voyager Europe and Kai Retreats and funding Global Shifter and currently Alegria Creative Studio. These days along with Captain Nigel Marrison, she is an advocate of sustainable change and is Co-Creating Conscious Yachting Club, a much necessary fresh and young vision for the yacht Industry to innovate and adapt to the current needs and evolution of the market. 

We're talking all things yachting, life on a super yacht, tourism, and environmental and economic sustainability of yachting.
