Dorman is the Communications Manager at one of Canada's leading think-tanks, the Macdonald-Laurier Institute. As a part of his role with the Institute he has supported the work of many of Canada’s leading policy experts, editing and placing op-eds in nearly all of Canada's national news outlets and a variety of major international publications.
