    Convo Around the Cove: Irrigating GCS for the Future

    This month's episode of Convo Around the Cove  Assistant Water Utilities Director Scott Schultz talks about all the upgrades and new additions to the Harbor Road  Wastewater Treatment Plant. He also talks about how this three-phase project will reduce the amount of nitrogen and phosphorous runoff from wastewater into Governors Creek, as well as allow the City to treat wastewater and use it as reclaimed water for irrigation.
