Convo Around the Cove: Building the Blueprint for the City's Future

This month's Convo Around the Cove Public Information Officer Tiffanie Kelly talks with Executive Assistant to the City Manager Kimberly Thomas about CivicRec, the online portal for park facility reservations and event vendor applications. This portal will be available to the public on greencovesprings.com starting on April 4, 2022, and will be the first online portal to apply and pay for event vendor space and park facility reservations. 

This month Public Information Officer Tiffanie Kelly sits down with Planning and Zoning Director Mike Daniels to talk about the Downtown Master Plan and upcoming Charrette Week (Jan. 24-28, 2022). Charrette Week is where the public can give their opinions on how they want the Downtown Core to look like in the future.

This month's episode of Convo Around the Cove  Assistant Water Utilities Director Scott Schultz talks about all the upgrades and new additions to the Harbor Road  Wastewater Treatment Plant. He also talks about how this three-phase project will reduce the amount of nitrogen and phosphorous runoff from wastewater into Governors Creek, as well as allow the City to treat wastewater and use it as reclaimed water for irrigation.
