    Bri finished her Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management at Cumberland University. She played basketball during her college years and she also coached basketball.
    She has been with Amazon for 9 years. Bri started as a seasonal associate and worked her way up to become the Regional Director of Operations. Bri oversees 5 of Amazon's largest fulfillment centers with nearly 20,000 employees.

    Happy Minority Mental Health Month! I am discussing mental wellness with a Licensed Professional Therapist, Tami Vienn Allen. She gives us a few tips on how to get started on your search for a therapist. We also tackle topics about how therapy is viewed in POC communities and how COVID has helped us made it more simple to receive effective treatment.

    Tami specializes in Relationships and providing solutions for individuals and couples.

    Tami opened her first salon, Elige Salon, in February of 1999. During her 25+ years in the business, Allen also developed an online Continuing Education course for cosmetology professionals and was sought out as a leader in the industry.

    Allen earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Capella University, licensure to practice Professional Counseling, and Mediation Certification in Texas.

    In November 2016, she opened, the Allen Counseling Group PLLC, in Bellaire, Texas

    In addition to growing her practice, Allen is in the process of writing her first book and developing her non-profit, Initiating Change
