Apollo Liberace has spent his whole life involved in music, dating back to when he was a just a
young child. Now the hip-hop/R&B artist feels that he is putting out some of his best material
yet, with his single “If I Said I Had the Answers, Would You Listen” set to be released on his
birthday, February 27.His newest song is an R&B track that will be complete with a music video featuring himself and his girlfriend “Wolves.” It captures the essence of love and being in a relationship, and Apollo Liberace said it is melodic, while also featuring a little bit of rap and indie vibes. “The song is talking about everything you go through in a relationship,” he said. “The main lyrics are, ‘so cry alone, or you can cry on me if you want to.’ Just talking about two different people in a relationship. It’s displaying all the emotions you go through when you’re happy together. If you
love somebody it’s never going to always be great. It’s really who you’re with, to argue with, the
rest of your life.” Also in the works is a single titled “Paradise,” featuring Tyla Yaweh, who has worked with the likes of Post Malone, Chris Brown and Wiz Khalifa. Down the line, Apollo Liberace has plans to create an EP. He said the first song is mostly R&B, but others will feature him on acoustic guitar with a more “indie-folk” feel. “It’s a lot different than what I’ve done before,” he said. “I think it’s the best music I’ve made. It’s real and full of emotion, with different stories.”
Apollo Liberace uses life experiences as his source of inspiration when making music. This
includes the travel he has done, relationships he has been in, heartbreaks and success along
the way. The more you do in life, the more your brain expands,” he said. “And once it expands, it doesn’t
go back. It changes it in every way. Once you see outside the country, you realize how big the
world is. It definitely influences all of it.”
Apollo Liberace started his musical journey at a young age, singing in the church choir and at
youth camps. He wrote and recorded his first song when he was 10-years-old while living in San
Antonio, Texas. He followed in the footsteps of his older sister, who was producing records and
performing. When Apollo Liberace was 12 he had already found success while working
alongside his sister, singing originals along with covers of the Jackson 5 and James Brown
before turning to the hip-hop scene.
When he was 15 he moved to South Korea due to his parents being on military assignment.
While there, he performed as the opening act in the G-Unit Far East Tour, and was eventually
signed by Korea Def Jam Far East.
He moved back to the San Antonio where he had a song on the radio at the age of 17, and
performed at events with thousands of people every weekend. After a stint in Atlanta and then
moving to Los Angeles, Apollo’s hip-hop trio Minus Gravity was signed by Capitol Records and
had success making music. The group split ways after about a decade together, which he said was hard because they were friends he had known since he was a kid. But since then, things have been taking off for Apollo Liberace. He is not only working on putting out new music, but will also be on a Paramount Plus television show with TV personality Chanel West Coast coming out this summer.
“Things just started falling out of the sky for me,” he said. “I’ve got so many things in the works.”
The namesake of Apollo Liberace pays homage to the Greek god of music, and also the
eccentricity and flashiness of legendary pianist Liberace. He can relate to both, as his style is a
bit different than the average person, but also has some edge.
“I really liked his story and his showmanship, basically,” he said. “So I combined those two
things.” Apollo Liberace loves the pure creativity that making music brings to his life. For a long time he was creating what he thought other people would enjoy, but now he is making music for himself
and he feels that it is top tier. Apollo Liberace is focused on making “true art.”
“There are limitless possibilities,” he said. “Whatever you think of, and then seeing the outcome
and being able to hear what you did with the rhythm is always inspiring. There’s always magic to
it, just being able to create.” He added, “I think that’s what music is: convergence of different feelings and different energies. What I put into the mic or the studio that day, I think that will come out. I hope people catch those same moods and feelings, and I think they will with this new music, for sure.” Be sure to check out Apollo Liberace’s music available on all platforms.

Rhett Daneka, who goes by the moniker Daneka Nation, wasn’t always a singer. He spent years
flying planes in various capacities, but after meeting a friend who taught him the craft, he knew
singing was the life for him.

Daneka Nation has released a new single titled “Sacred Ground,” which is a Kix Brooks penned
tune that describes what a high school pal had gone through in life.
“It’s kind of a story of my best friend in high school,” Daneka said. “He got out of high school and
the first thing he wanted to do was have kids. So we graduated in May, and he was already out
hitting the clubs on Fridays and Saturday nights. He was a great country western dancer. Well,
he found a woman who he got pregnant and had kids. He just couldn’t wait. It’s really kind of my
best friend’s story.”The original version of the song didn’t have much fanfare, but in 1992, McBride and the Ride shot it up the charts to number two. The only song in front of it was “Achy Breaky Heart” by Billy Ray Cyrus. Daneka heard the tune on the radio one day while driving, and it hit home so hard that he knew he needed to record it. He pointed out that the storyline touches anyone who went through a similar situation, or anyone who knows young parents working their tails off to get by. Daneka feels that “Sacred Ground” is the best track that he has recorded, and it has had airplay
in South America and Europe. The track has more than 200,000 listeners on Spotify, and
Daneka is relishing in the fact that it is taking off.
“It’s exciting,” Daneka said. “Finally I’ve got something big to work with, and I can’t wait for it to
be out there for everybody to hear. I want to hear it on every radio station in the U.S. and all
    over the world.”

Daneka Nation’s creative style is a unique one, as he works with an Argentinian multi-
instrumentalist named Ariel who plays every instrument on “Sacred Ground.” Ariel will put
together the music, and send it to Daneka to review before he gets in the studio. Daneka then
lays down his baritone vocals along with some background singers to complete the track.
Daneka is a former pilot who worked as a chief flight instructor, and also flew an air ambulance
rescuing premature babies from small Texas towns. Due to being partially color blind, Daneka
stopped flying and became self-employed. This is when he also discovered his love for singing.
“I learned a couple songs and went to karaoke bars, and wasn’t very good,” Daneka said.
“Finally I ran into an 87-year-old man who was 80% blind. He was a quartet singer who had
been singing since he was six. So he couldn’t drive, and I couldn’t sing, so we paired up and he
taught me basically everything about how to sing over a period of three or four years.”
Daneka said they would go out as much as six times a week, hitting multiple karaoke bars.
Eventually his karaoke buddy passed away, but Daneka’s love for music and belting out vocals
lived on.“I started lining things up to get the best people around me,” Daneka said. “I got the best guitar players, bass players, drum players and started making music in 2021.”
The first song he made a Doug Stone cover called “In a Different Light,” which he changed up
into more of a “rock/country” song. Daneka Nation has seven songs recorded, and has a goal of getting up to 20 tracks. Then he
can get a live band together to play his tunes to the masses.
“I’ve got a post-it note in my bathroom with three goals,” he said. “Number one is to make it in
the music industry. The second one is to play sold out arenas. The third is to play Rodeo
Houston- the biggest rodeo in the world.”
Daneka Nation has been writing his own material, but he has not gotten into the recording
process yet. He has a big binder to pull lyrics from to create songs of his own down the road.
Daneka said that when he gets his band together, it will be a family friendly event where he
    always puts in 110%.
One thing is certain for Daneka Nation: He is persistent and plans to put everything he’s got into
his music.“I refuse to be a one hit wonder,” Daneka said. “If you made it as a one hit wonder, you made enough money to pay someone to write you another hit song. I will never understand a one hit
wonder. Daneka Nation will never be that. I don’t care if I have to go to California, or Nashville,
or wherever I have to go to make a hit song. I’m all in.”

Creator to Creators S5 Ep 47 Sydney B

Creator to Creators S5 Ep 47 Sydney B
Sydney B may be young at 17-years-old, but her music touches on aspects of life that both
teens and adults can relate to. Her new track “Beautiful” delves into the world of promoting high
self esteem and positivity through her resounding vocals and songwriting skills.
“I want to radiate positivity no matter where I go or what I do,” she said. “All of my music is
geared toward positive feelings and creating a world of hope. That’s my goal.”
When she was just getting started, Sydney B’s producer asked her what she wanted to write
about. Through discussing it they found that she shared insecurities and life obstacles that are
common for not just teenagers, but people of any age.
“I wanted to send a message that says everyone is beautiful in their own way and that no one’s
    alone,” she said.
“Beautiful” was also used in a new music video that portrays Sydney B at an audition with other
musicians practicing and waiting for their turn. The director walked her through the process, as it
was being created to show an example of what the music stands for. With her background in
music and theater she could relate to what the video was portraying, as it came naturally.
“We have a lot of other people go through the audition process in the video to show that we’re
all the same and nobody is greater or less than another,” she said. “We all have our differences
and that is what makes us so beautiful in our own way.”
In the new track, Sydney B sings:
“I took a moment just to look in the mirror
Ok I’m ready to take on the world
    For every moment I cry
I know these tears have gone dry
    Cuz I’m beautiful
    I’m beautiful
I tell the world I’m beautiful.”
The mirror analogy is about looking inward, she said, as it can be difficult to do when being
focused on what’s on the outside. This can be about your personal feelings or what you
    perceive people see you as.
“The point of that is to look inside and find what is beautiful within you,” she said. “Everyone has
beautiful traits and beautiful qualities within themselves, and when you tap into that it can create
    your passion or life’s calling.”
Sydney B began singing in a choir when she was nine, and then became involved in musical
theater in middle school. While she grew up in a family that was more sports focused, she said it
was music what really sparked her interest.
“I got into music and it was something that I never wanted to stop,” Sydney B said. “I always
wanted to be singing. No matter how long any rehearsal was, I’d want to be there the whole
time. I never got bored. It was where I found my passion and something I really loved.”
She is inspired by her vast influences from all sorts of musical genres, as she loves music as a
whole and not just a specific part of it. One thing is for sure about her style: she is promoting
hope through her lyrics and uplifting beats.
The Atlanta based musician found herself through music. She wants to use this to spread this
message, as it has helped her greatly in life.
“I’m not all the way there and I don’t know if I ever will be,” she said. “I think that’s part of what
makes my music, my music. It’s not perfect and I’m not perfect, and I think that’s an important
    message for everyone to hear.”
Sydney B has about a dozen songs that she says are on the horizon to be released in the near
future. Keep up with Sydney B and check out her music available on all major platforms.

Creator to Creators S5 Ep 46 Jay Anthony

Creator to Creators S5 Ep 46 Jay Anthony
Jay Anthony has been singing and training as a singer since he was a toddler in church and now, having worked as a model, acted in commercials and as a movie extra, and after a couple of false starts, he is launching a career as a recording artist.
His first song, dropping on February 9, is a beautiful, old-school R&B love song, “It’s U 4 Me.”
“Really, I’m walking into my destiny, which is music,” he said. “I thought I had lost the passion for it, because of life experiences, but it’s still there. It’s still in me.”
Jay’s passion, skill and talent shine in his debut song. His baritone voice flows like a river over the lyrics. He takes the ends of his lines up and down the notes like water running over rocks.
I don’t know what It is that makes me love you girl. I don’t know what is, but you are my world. Might be the crazy things you do.Mmm mmm Baby it’s you for me.
“It’s a fun song, basically about the characteristics in a relationship, about a man liking a woman, you know? He can’t wait to get home to her — she is his world. It’s a really feel-good song.”
Jay has been singing since he was 3 or 4 years old, writing since about age 12. His first solo performance, in church, also came at 12. Professional vocal and musical training and work in the studio began at 14.
Early attempts to begin a musical career — including contract demos and an audition for American Idol — did not pan out.
“So, I’m like, ‘You know what, I’m done,’ and then I started modeling.”
His other work included the commercials and a part as an extra in a Will Smith movie (After Earth).
“Other doors opened for me, and I took advantage of those doors. It was an honor working with Will Smith and meeting him, one of the coolest people ever. He was humble, the way he treated me,” he said.
But the heart for music was always there. “It was always the music that I had a passion for.”
The desire to be a professional singer came from Michael Jackson, “the first time I heard his voice,” he said. “He’s my reason for singing.” The song was “I’ll Be There.”
He had other influences as well: Whitney Houston, Kem, John P. Kee, Frank Sinatra, Usher, Tank, Sam Cooke, John Legend, Patti Labelle.
And Luther Vandross, who has special significance.
“My voice changed,” he said. “Going through puberty, Luther really helped me to fall in love with my voice, with the change from being a little boy soprano to going deep. He kept me singing, and my mother and I got me a vocal coach and I worked through it.”
His music began in gospel, and it remains as one of his musical staples. “I am a believer, and God is my first love.” His music will have gospel, soul, country, pop and a lot of R&B.
“You’re gonna get a mix of everything in my music,” he said.
His dream and goal — he also calls it his mission — is to be a full-time recording and performing artist, “to inspire and nurture the human spirit through music.”
“I want to release my music to the world. Tour. Put out an album. Get a band, go full time. That’s the goal, because it’s time. It’s time.”
In his early 30s, it’s time. He is working on an EP to come out later this year. In addition to records, albums and shows, he wants to write some jingles, do some television, some film.
“I’m turning back to my love of music,” he said. “The modeling and stuff, I did that, but it was always music for me. Like, the ‘you’ for me is the music.”

Creator to Creators S5 Ep 45 Richard Peshkin

Creator to Creators S5 Ep 45 Richard Peshkin
“The World Needs Music,” the title track for composer Richard Peshkin’s recently
released album, is a fun, beautiful pop song that shares a royal lineage in both its
musical heritage and message.“It’s fairly obvious that the world is in a total state of disunity, chaos and disharmony,”said Richard, “and there’s so little that unites people and so much that creates
divisions.”And music, he said, is one of the two things he’s seen that unites people. The second is
sports.“You can go to a football game, and you don’t even know the person next to you, never
met him, but if you root for the same team, by the end of the game you’re high-fiving
and hugging, and you might have hated the guy under other circumstances.”
Then there’s music. “When you go to a concert, and you have 40 thousand or 50 thousand people, and some are white and some are brown, some are yellow, some are gay, some are straight
and some are everything,” he said, “and they’re all there in unity to celebrate the power
and the beauty of music.”And now there’s “The World Needs Music”:
The world is an angry place to be We’ve got to sing, not shout We need to figure it out
A way to sing away the hurt we feel today Let’s put it in a song it’s better
The song, beautifully sung by Kelsey Demsky, who also stars in the video, was
produced by Mick James, known for his work on Criss Angel’s Mindfreak show. Mick
was the producer for the entire album, which features Kelsey as the female vocalist and
Dan Brenner as the male vocalist.
Richard, a retired physician, has been writing songs since he was 10, when he
copyrighted his first song, “Nadine.” He has been composing ever since. In 2019 he
wrote the music and lyrics for a musical comedy, Boca Bound,” which was on the ballot
    for Grammy nomination.
The 10 tracks of “The World Needs Music,” the first recording he has released, have
attracted a wide audience so far. A second album, again featuring Kelsey, Dan and
Mick, is ready for release around March, and a third is in process.
He writes his own music and lyrics.
“That’s something I pride myself in,” he said. “Some of my musical heroes did, some
didn’t, and it’s kind of neat to do both, so you don’t have to answer to any critics.”
Now we come to musical ancestry. His heroes of musical composition include Hal
David, Carole King, Paul Simon, Neil Diamond, the stars of Motown, James Taylor and,
the chief idol in his pantheon, Burt Bacharach.
“Burt Bacharach has had an enormous effect on me in my life through his music. I’ve
seen him in concert in various venues throughout my life, and his music has meant
more to me than I could ever put into words. The lyrics written by Hal David, of course,
were unbelievable.”Bacharach wrote the music and David the lyrics for 1965’s hit “What the World Needs
Now.” Sixty years later, the song still enjoys great popularity. For a couple of decades, it
was an anthem of a movement to unite people in their common humanity.
“The World Needs Music” is “kind of an homage to that song but brought up into another
time period where people can celebrate the unifying value of music.”
“We can all sing together and maybe put aside our differences,” he said.
He hopes that his song will become an anthem for things that bring people together.
“When I wrote it, Mick, my producer-arranger, and I discussed the instrumentation and
everything because we wanted it to sound like something you could sing at a high
school or middle school, a grammar school or college. I could always picture young
children singing it together in harmony — there’s a lot of harmonies in that song —
before they learn how to hate.”
The album is a demonstration of what he wants music to do for people.
“What I want is for people to do what I do — sing the music, feel better because of the
music, get out of a funk maybe, enhance things. Like, if I’m in love, make me feel love
more. If you’re sad, music can make you happy. If you’re happy, music can make you
    happier.”
He wrote the songs with multiple genres in mind. The second song, coming right after
“The World Needs Music,” is “Shut Up,” which almost became the one selected to
promote the album. It is a pop version — and a hilarious video — based on a true story
about a couple’s dinner confrontation over cooking.
“Right after ‘Shut Up’ is a beautiful ballad called ‘I Love You.’ I’m constantly aware of
    balancing those things,” he said.

    Key Takeaways

Alternative medicine offers a holistic approach to healing and recognizes the importance of lifestyle, diet, nutrition, and environmental factors in treating chronic ailments.

Integrative Medicine practitioners emphasize the importance of recognizing the cause of an ailment and eradicating it through lifestyle changes, rather than simply masking the symptoms medication.

Exploration of Yoga and Ayurvedic Medicine

Dr. Mahdavi has been a yoga practitioner for 20 years. In 2012, she went to India and completed a six-month program to become a yoga master teacher. While in India, she was introduced to ayurvedic medicine, which resonated with her. She studied ayurvedic medicine and became an ayurvedic practitioner. Dr. Mahdavi believes that ayurvedic medicine is in harmony with her toolbox of Chiropractic, yoga, and functional medicine.
    Kris Yousef's Introduction

    Integrative Medicine Practitioner

Kris Yousif is an Integrative Medicine practitioner with a focus on ARA. He believes in healing and caring for the body through alternative medicine practices. Kris recognizes the importance of recognizing symptoms and understanding the process of healing. He encourages people to view symptoms as a positive sign of the body's natural process rather than a negative one. He believes that conventional medicine only masks symptoms and does not address the root cause of an ailment. He encourages people to consider alternative medicine as a way to heal and care for their bodies.

    .
    Ashley's Story

Health Challenges and Discovery of Integrative Medicine

Ashley, also known as "Herbal Ash," has been practicing as an indigenous medicine practitioner for almost 12 years. She stumbled upon alternative medicine and integrative medicine by chance due to her own health issues, including acidic stomach ulcers since childhood. Ashley found that traditional medicines were not working for her and created more dysfunction in her digestive system. She turned to alternative medicine and plant therapies that supported her system and allowed her to heal.

Career as an Indigenous Medicine Practitioner

Ashley's journey to becoming a healer started with her own healing process. She became passionate about alternative medicine and started teaching others to be more empowered with their bodies. Ashley's friends and family saw how she had healed herself and encouraged her to become a healer. She went on to become a practitioner in plant medicine and has been practicing for almost 12 years.
    .
    Advantages of Holistic Approaches

Alternative medicine, on the other hand, takes a more holistic approach to healthcare. It focuses on treating the whole person, including their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Alternative medicine practitioners use a variety of techniques, such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, and yoga, to help patients achieve optimal health. These techniques are often less invasive and have fewer side effects than conventional treatments.

One of the major advantages of alternative medicine is that it recognizes the importance of the mind-body connection. Many alternative medicine practices, such as meditation and mindfulness, help patients reduce stress and improve their mental health. This, in turn, can have a positive impact on their physical health.

Another advantage of alternative medicine is that it often emphasizes the importance of nutrition and lifestyle changes. Rather than relying solely on medication or surgery, alternative medicine practitioners work with patients to develop a personalized plan that includes diet and exercise recommendations.

Overall, alternative medicine offers a more holistic and personalized approach to healthcare. While conventional medicine has its place, alternative medicine can be a valuable addition to a patient's healthcare plan
