I have been on the struggle bus! I have been trying to find the perfect schedule to get everything done that I want and need to accomplish because in life isn't that what success is made of? Checking everything off the list? 

This week I want to chat about why it can be so hard to find the perfect schedule and what I believe true success is. Because altough it is important to get things done and to be productive for our families, there is a bigger focus that we can often overlook.

I apologize for taking the month of September off. It actually wasn't part of the "plan" but life sometimes takes over and true to todays episode I've been trying to focus on what matters more; my time with God, being present with my family, and focusing on my health. But I am back and I hope to stay :)

After taking a few weeks off due to illness I felt this episode made a lot of sense. We are all struggling to find balance in the chaos of new seasons and new life chapters, but we have to realize the importance of caring for our self and I don't mean in a selfish "me time" type of way. Yes, there are things that we should do for our own enjoyment as well as our own sanity but today I want to focus on how we can turn our basic health around. I am not a health expert and the last thing I want to ever do is work out so lets talk bare minimum!
