If you believe in overnight success or you believe that it can happen to you than you live in a dream world. The reality is there are years of hard work and dedication put in behind the scenes that you will either never see or you haven't put in yet. Overnight success is a myth and must be deleted from your mindset.

We all have 24 hours in the day. Successful people and broke people both have 24 hours, so why are some successful and others aren't. It is because they use their 24 hours right and don't waste time, energy or effort. If you want to be successful first look at what you are doing with your 24 hours.

This week I discuss why you have to stop being average. I discuss the ten main characteristics most average individuals have in common and why you need to break out if you fall into most of the categories. Successful individuals love average individuals because it makes it easier for them to remain successful. STOP BEING AVERAGE!!!

This week is all about Age. I want you to believe that age is nothing but a number. Don't think your capabilities or potential is restricted by how old you are. It isn't and never will be unless you believe that.

This week is all about fear. We allow fear to control our lives, we allow it to hold us back from being successful. I want you to stop being afraid. I want us all to take control of our lives and the fear that we live in. Take over and put those fears behind you.

This is part 2 of this weeks installment. I detail where I went after changing my mindset and the things I have been able to accomplish since then.

This week is a two part installment of Decide & Do. I explain my life story and where I was, to where I am overall today. I discuss the struggles I went through and explain that I survived. Part 1 discusses more of where I was and those struggles.

In this week's episode I discuss the importance of Self-Help and how it can truly make a difference in your life. I detail how it has helped me and the things I have learned along the way. Once you embrace self-help it allows you to be free from the restraints you previously were held down by whenever a problem, issue or crisis occurs.

This week I describe that your why in life, has to be you. You can't be doing anything in life for someone else or for their approval. Work on yourself every day to be the best you and that will flow into other areas of your life.

This week I talk about how to accomplish your goals. I discuss the importance of these goals being yours and no one else's for you. I also talk about how to adjust once you working towards that goal when you realize it isn't making you happy. Set out on your goals and work towards your overall success and happiness in life.
