1. Jesus is with us even when we find ourselves in hard times because of our Christian walk and witness (v. 9-10)
4 Benefits of suffering:
• Suffering develops your faith.
• Suffering clarifies your calling.
• Suffering grows your character.
• Suffering expands your empathy.
2. Jesus has a unique purpose and plan for each local church (v. 11-12, 19-20)
3. Jesus inspires awe and worship when we discover who He really is (v. 11, 13-16).
4. Jesus holds life and death in His hands, so we no longer have live in fear (v. 17-18).
