We kick off our first series of 2024 with a look at what we need to consider before we dive into what God called us to do in 2024, which is to "GO"! Let's get ready to GO.

As we look to the prolific hymn writer, Fanny Crosby, suffering begins to look differently for the Christian. She lived a life full of joy and thankfulness, though she continually was met with tragedy after tragedy. God used her experiences to write a story of beauty. Jesus will do the same with our ashes when we lay down our victimhood.

Our next installment on our Saints series we examine the life and legacy of Asaph, one of the writers of the Psalms. He was a man who looked for God in spite of the circumstances around him and found the beauty and glory of the Creator. Our perspective changes when we move from what is around us to the character of God.

During our Saints series for 2023, we take a look at those who have journeyed ahead of us to gain wisdom in our walk with Jesus. William Batchelder Bradbury is a picture of how God uses our humility to exceed our plans and surrender to his greater plan.

Our third week exploring what it means to be a citizen in the Kingdom of God, Brett Shelton guides us through Job, giving us tools to navigate suffering. By embracing the reality of our emotions, lamenting to God, and fearfully placing our trust in Him, our faith will deepen.

The second week of our series studying deeper insights to what it means to live in God's Kingdom, Josiah Heintzelman, prophetically reminds us what happens when we look to idols instead of Jesus. The idols of self, politics, and money slowly erect themselves in our hearts when we look to them to "save" this world from its brokenness. Our trust must remain in the true King.
