    Dr Ian Lake is a UK General Practitioner and a person with Type 1 Diabetes, T1D. He was diagnosed with LADA (Late Autoimmune Diabetes in Adults) Type 1 Diabetes, at age 36 and managed it with a DAFNE (Dose Adjustment For Normal Eating) style approach for the first 20 years. He changed his approach to a very low carb diet approximately 9 years ago and he shares his learnings and experiments in this podcast.
