Two days before Christmas in 1996,  was brutally murdered at her holiday cottage in Schull, West Cork. The murder rocked the quiet Irish town and 24 years later, the case remains a mystery. In the first doc Oscar-nominated filmmaker Jim Sheridan pieces together original evidence, never-before-seen footage, and interviews with those closest to the case to try to make sense of what really happened. In the second, John Dower examines the same evidence for a compelling Netflix series. Cherida and Tracey examine both for this Docs That Rock special.

It was a time before horror was an everyday reality but this iconic pseudo documentary shook the British Isles when it was first aired back in 1992. It caused terror but started a life long love of horror for 11 yr old Cherida and possibly brought a friendly poltergeist into Tracy's present day kitchen. 

The Enfield poltergeist was a claim of supernatural activity at 284 Green Street, a council house in Enfield, London, England, between 1977 and 1979 involving two sisters, aged 11 and 13. American Factory is a 2019 OSCAR (TM) nominated documentary, directed by Bognar and Reichert. The "American" factory is situated in Dayton, Ohio and run by Chinese company Fayao. It's a tale of culture clash and labor politics but its use of music and humor makes this a remarkable piece of film making.
